A new self-paced course, Improving the Digital Competencies of Literacy Educators, is now available in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish. The course is designed for youth and adult literacy educators who wish to strengthen their digital skills and enhance the effective use of technology in literacy instruction.

Participants will learn to:

1. Integrate digital tools into teaching and learning through practical and innovative approaches.
   
   
2. Develop engaging learning materials and learning environments that promote learner participation,
   creativity, and curiosity.
   
   
3. Explore current trends in educational technology, including artificial intelligence (AI).
   
   
4. Apply digital technologies to support continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

The programme consists of eleven sessions that progressively build participants’ digital competencies in a flexible format, allowing educators to learn at their own pace.
